About Rotate PDF
Rotate PDF changes the rotation of every page in a PDF by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. It is designed for scanned documents, photos saved as PDFs and files that open sideways or upside down.
The tool applies page rotation without intentionally rasterizing the document, so normal PDF page content remains PDF content rather than being converted into an image just to rotate it. The current tool rotates all pages by the same amount.
